Dear valued client

It seems so much has happened over the past few weeks, and you may be feeling unsure about the future in light of the
recently-declared COVID-19 pandemic. We at Fair Cape Shuttle would hereby like to offer some comfort and peace of
mind in these trying times.

Although South Africa is yet to experience a widespread outbreak of the coronavirus, we are pre-empting any such
disaster while ensuring that business will go on as usual.

Going forward, we are adopting several precautionary measures to ensure that our vehicles and passengers remain safe
from the spread of the virus.

*  Each vehicle will be supplied with alcohol-based hand sanitiser, which will be available on request.
*  All Fair Cape Shuttle staff members have been educated as per the basic safety practices for preventing the spread of
the virus.
*  Drivers will be outfitted with medical masks, in order to protect the health of passengers.
*  We have placed educational posters throughout the Fair Cape Offices to ensure that staff are constantly reminded of
steps to take to prevent the spread of the virus.
*  Vehicles are being regularly disinfected.

Naturally, this health emergency requires a team effort if we are to overcome it. We humbly request that you take steps
to educate your own staff on basic safety practices, and we ask that you encourage them to make use of the hand
sanitiser on offer.

Remember:

* The novel coronavirus is spread via saliva droplets and bodily fluids. It is not an airborne pathogen.
* Wash your hands regularly with soap or alcohol-based hand sanitiser, in order to kill any pathogens on your hands.
* Endeavour to maintain social distancing of at least 1-3m when possible.
* Sneeze and cough into your elbow to prevent droplets from reaching your hands.
* Avoid shaking hands – opt to wave, bow, or nod, instead.

For those clients who are unaware: In addition to our regular drop-off service, we also offer pick-ups directly from your
employees’ homes. If you do opt to make use of this service, it will limit the amount of interaction of employees whilst
using Public Transport and potential exposure with infected people.

Public transport is a potential hotspot for the spread of COVID-19, and our pick-up service is one way you can take care
of your employees.
Rest assured that we are taking every step to ensure the safety of all Fair Cape Shuttle passengers. The prevention of the
spread of COVID-19 is our primary concern.

Sincerely
Nazeem Hendricks (083 284 5775)
